Where the Obligation Sits

We do not supply seed for any purpose that would put a buyer on the wrong side of the law in the place they live. What that law says varies between jurisdictions and is amended over time. Finding out which version applies to you, and staying inside it, is yours to do — before an order is placed, not after one arrives.

You will not find us telling you what is permitted where you are. We take no position on it, we offer no legal guidance, and nothing written here is intended to push anyone toward conduct the law does not allow. Uncertain about your own position? Submitting an order is your statement that you have reached 18 and that responsibility for the storage and subsequent use of what we send transfers to you on delivery.

Royal King Seeds makes no claim that anything it sells treats, relieves or improves any condition. Where a listing mentions an effect — calm, lift, an easier evening — it is repeating what cannabis users have generally reported, and it is not a clinical finding and not advice. Health questions belong with a registered practitioner, not with a seed retailer.

Minimum Age

Purchases are restricted to people aged 18 or older. Completing checkout is your declaration that you meet that threshold. We reserve the right to cancel an order where we have reason to believe it does not.

Extent of Our Liability

Responsibility for what happens after a parcel is delivered rests with the person who ordered it. That includes germination, cultivation, storage and any consequence flowing from them. Stock is sold for lawful purposes; we accept no liability for use or misuse beyond that.
