Reading this site and buying from it are both covered by what follows. Browse or order and you are taking these conditions on.

Who May Buy

Eighteen is the minimum. Finishing a purchase is you stating that you have reached it and that you are able to enter a binding contract under New Zealand law. We cancel orders where we have grounds to doubt either.

What We Are Selling

Seed sold here is souvenir stock for adults and material for preserving genetic lines. Understanding the rules that govern cannabis seed where you live, and keeping to them, belongs to the buyer. Where those rules are broken, the liability is not ours.

Prices, Currency and Paying

Every figure on this site is New Zealand dollars, GST included where it applies, and no surcharge is added for paying by card. Prices can change without warning, though never retrospectively on an order already placed. Payment is taken when the order is made. Visa and Mastercard work, as does cryptocurrency — Bitcoin and Ethereum among others.

Getting It to You

We post to addresses on both islands, rural delivery included. The delivery windows we quote are honest estimates rather than commitments. Where a courier runs late, or weather closes a road, or something else outside our control intervenes, we are not liable for the delay — though we will help you chase it.

Returns and Opened Packs

Seed is living material and an opened pack cannot come back to us. Sealed and unopened, in the state it left here, it can: 14 days from delivery, refunded in full. Get a return authorisation from support before you post anything, so the parcel can be matched to your order at this end.

The Germination Promise

Seed that fails to open after the method in our guide was followed gets replaced. Claims run for 30 days from delivery and need the order number plus a photograph of the attempt. What we send back is the same strain in the same quantity.

Limits on What We Are Liable For

Indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss connected to our products or this site falls outside what we accept. Where liability does attach, it is capped at what was paid for the order in question. None of this displaces rights you hold under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, which cannot be contracted out of.

Applicable Law

New Zealand law governs these terms, and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that arises under them.
