Everything goes out tracked with NZ Post, in packaging that says nothing about what is inside it. What follows is the whole process, from the moment you pay to the moment it turns up.
Following the Parcel
A tracking number is raised the moment the label prints, and it lands in your inbox as soon as the parcel leaves us. From there NZ Post’s own tracking page shows each scan between our dispatch bench and your door. If the trail goes quiet for longer than it should, write to us rather than waiting it out — we can open a query with the courier that you cannot.
What It Costs, and When It Moves
Postage-free: anything from $150 NZD up, applied on its own at checkout
Flat rate below that: $14.99, whatever the order weighs
Out the door in: 1-2 business days from confirmation
On the road for: 3-7 business days with NZ Post, quicker into the main centres
Packaging That Gives Nothing Away
No logo on the box, no company name, and a label that describes the contents in terms that describe nothing. The sender reads as a neutral trading name. Inside, seed travels in a rigid container that will not crush — which matters more on a rural run, where a parcel gets handled several times and often finishes its journey in a roadside box.
How Long It Takes Where You Are
These are working days after dispatch, not days since you ordered, and the clock starts when the courier takes the parcel. Main centres sit at the quick end. The West Coast and the deep south sit at the slow end because they are served less often, not because anything about the parcel is different.
Rural delivery is the one leg that can run past the figures above, and we would sooner write that here than publish a number we then miss. Rural address? Work from the longer end. Everything is tracked, so you can watch it rather than wonder about it.
If a Seed Fails
An opened pack cannot come back — seed is living material and we have no way to verify what happened to it. The germination promise is what covers you instead: follow the method in our guide, and if a seed still will not open, send us a photograph and your order number inside 30 days and the replacements go out at our cost.
