The outdoor window runs October to April, and an autoflower started in that window runs on age rather than daylight, which takes the guesswork out of timing entirely. Balanced genetics adapt to most of the country, so the honest answer depends on where you are. The regional notes below are the short version.

Happy, Relaxed, Uplifted is the consensus, and consensus is worth exactly what it sounds like — a starting point. 20% THC sets the scale; myrcene and the terpenes alongside it shape the character rather than the strength.
Onset is quick by inhalation and slow by ingestion, which is where most bad experiences begin. Expect either, depending on how much you take.

The Terpenes
Myrcene leads, limonene sits behind it, and pinene runs underneath.
Temperature changes what you get. Vaporised low, around 180 to 188 degrees, limonene and pinene come through cleanly while myrcene stays in the background. Combusted, myrcene dominates and the finer detail is largely lost. Same flower, two different experiences.
Who It Suits
Pineapple is rated easy. That makes it a reasonable first grow — it survives inconsistent watering and imprecise feeding without collapsing, which is what a first season mostly consists of.
